Genuinely superb. Many of my friends swear by this and I have to admit it really works. Has saved my sanity. A must buy.

I've not yet finished reading the book but so far get the impression it could explain the theory in half the words! Sometimes feels like it's padded out to fill the book. But nonetheless the theory makes sense and I'm looking forward to sharing it with my husband and applying it in our house.
